Our Founder and Event Manager Kristy Smith has a passion for curating and managing occasions that are memorable and flow to perfection. Kristy’s previous corporate experience, her studies in marketing and entrepreneurship teamed with her passion and love for weddings are a perfect combination to execute your next special occasion.

Kristy’s vision for Zephyr Events bloomed from the bud of her own experiences. After being in many weddings and planning countless corporate events, she was renowned by her friends and colleagues as the ‘go-to’ for navigating and planning any special occasion. Zephyr started by helping a few stressed out friends to coordinate their wedding days in late 2016, and has grown year on year and is now a flourishing events business.

Kristy’s vision for Zephyr Events bloomed from the bud of her own experiences. After being in many weddings and planning countless corporate events, she was renowned by her friends and colleagues as the ‘go-to’ for navigating and planning any special occasion. Zephyr started by helping a few stressed out friends to coordinate their wedding days in late 2016, and has grown year on year and is now a flourishing events business.

Our wedding and event assistants work under the supervision of Kristy at all times, ensuring our whole team understands your vision and every little detail of your event.

Simon (pictured below) is Kristy's soon to be husband and her number 1 events assistant and the brains behind the incredible 2D & 3D floor plans we are able to provide our couples! We are extremley family orientated, so you'll often find Kristy and Simon's sister Renae helping us out at weddings!
